A: If you choose the shipping from China, it will cost 40-60 days.But if you choose ship from USA/EU/Ukraine warehouse，it only takes 3-7 days delivery of door to door service.
2.Q: What is the weight of ZO01 PLUS ？
A: The net weight of the ZO01 PLUS electric scooter is 49-50 KG.
3.Q: Could I drive it in rainy days?
A: Although the scooter has IPX4 waterproof grade,and we don't recommend to ride it in rainy or snow conditions cause it's gonna be very dangerous to the rider as well as the battery and electronic units.
4.Q: Is there any warranty with your scooters?
A: Yes, the warranty is 6 months for battery, 12 months for the frames,motors and other mechanical parts,but there's no warranty for the cosumable parts like grip,buttons and tires etc.Please read the "ZonDoo Electric Scooter User Manual" for more information in terms of warranty. If scooters are damaged during transportation or have a problem once arrive, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be in seller’s side.If it's the products problem within warranty, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be for the customers’ side. Man-made damage and water entered are not covered by the warranty. Normally, our scooters will be okay within one year, because there will be strict quality inspections to make sure every scooter are perfect before sending out.

Purchasing Notices
Our products are being updating all the time, and sometimes some small parts of the products are updated, which are not exactly the same as the pictures, please understand. All updated accessories will only be better than the original pictures.
1.Due to different production batches of scooters, there may be differences in the wiring method which would not effect the use, please refer to the actual product.
2.Customers who need customization, please contact customer service to confirm the configuration before placing the order. Once the order is placed, the configuration cannot be changed, or additional charges are required to change the configuration before the goods are sent.
3.Please check the address before placing the order. Once the goods are sent out, extra $168 will be charged from csutomers to change the address or cancel the order.
4. Please sign for the goods in time. If the customer is not at home or the phone cannot be reached, the final delivery is unsuccessful and the goods will be returned to the seller’s warehouse. The second delivery fee $168 and warehouse detention fee will be beared in customers’ side. Usually the final delivery will be attempted 3 times.
